Three steps to start

1Upload CAD

STEP / STL / IGES — preview before sign-in.

2Configure

Material, qty, finish, lead tier, inspection.

3Confirm

Escalate complex jobs; Dongguan, China produce & ship.

Lead time split

Express reference ≈ 3 days production + 3 days shipping sketch ≈ 6 days total. Standard ≈ 10 days. Quotes always show production and shipping separately.

Long-tail use cases

Common quote paths: robotics EOAT with compound angles, UAV arm connectors, AI cold plates / GPU brackets, electronics housings with undercuts, and non-implant medical interfaces — see industry pages + problem guides, then upload STEP.

When 5-axis helps

Compound angles, deep undercuts reachable in one setup, and organic surfaces that are costly on 3-axis. We still recommend 3-axis when it is cheaper after DFM.

Quality docs & privacy

CAD privacy / NDA options, dimensional reports, FAI, and CMM on request. Factory-direct Dongguan, China. Certification details are shared when available for qualified buyers.

Datum & inspection

Define datum schemes clearly. Fine targets around ±0.002 mm / down to 0.001 mm capability are common with optional CMM / dimensional reports selected in the quote.

Who machines it, and where

Parts are factory-direct from Dongguan Zerui Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Dongguan, China, Guangdong. Outward brand: ZORYRA / Zoryra Precision.

From 1 pc. After CAD upload you get an AI itemized reference; firm orders follow the drawing and the agreed payment node. We do not pass off third-party plant photos as our line.

This page shows no invented ISO / AS / FDA numbers. Systems we do not hold are not written as held. Factory visits can be arranged.

Zoryra Precision 5-axis in Dongguan, China: complex faces, multi-side parts, fewer setups. NDA and CMM optional. Not flight-critical by default. No invented AS/ISO numbers.

Complex faces and multi-side parts use 5-axis to cut setups. Do not over-tolerance free surfaces; write datums and send STEP early. Not flight-critical by default.

Typical parts

  • Multi-face housings
  • Complex surfaces
  • Fewer-setup structures
  • Angled holes
  • Impeller-adjacent (not flight-critical)
  • One-piece interfaces

Materials & finishes

  • 7075 — high-strength, fewer setups
  • 6061 — complex housings
  • 304 — multi-face stainless, passivate
  • POM — multi-face engineering plastic

DFM: datum scheme, free surfaces, setups

  • Write the datum scheme; do not over-tolerance free surfaces
  • STEP to review tool reach
  • Mark clamp faces and keep-outs on the model
  • CMM as ticked — not a default full-size scan

Inspection and documents (as ticked)

  • Dimensional report as ticked
  • FAI as ticked
  • CMM as ticked
  • Material certs per order agreement

Lead time (clock starts at the payment node)

Lead tiers: Economy / Standard / Express. Standard is about 10 working days as a reference; Express about 6 when capacity allows.

The clock starts at the agreed payment node. Anodize, powder, passivate, and outsourced heat-treat days sit on that clock.

Titanium, thick hard-coat, inserts, and complex gauges re-clock. The quote sketch governs.

What we don’t do

  • Not flight-critical or ITAR by default
  • No invented AS/ISO
  • Implants out of scope
  • Not every milled part runs 5-axis

FAQ

Do you list ISO / AS / FDA numbers here?

No invented numbers. Systems we do not hold are not written as held. Factory visits can be arranged.

Do you take 1 pc?

Yes. After CAD you get an AI itemized reference; firm orders follow the drawing and payment node.

When does the lead clock start?

At the agreed payment node. Anodize, powder, passivate days sit on the clock. Tiers on the quote: Economy / Standard / Express.

Is 5-axis the default?

No. We evaluate it when features need fewer setups or complex faces.

Flight-critical parts?

Not by default. Scope would be a separate agreement — and we do not invent AS numbers.

Is every complex part a 5-axis job?

Not always — some parts are cheaper with smart 3-axis setups. We recommend the economical path after DFM.

What does ~6 days express mean?

A reference split: production + international shipping sketch for the Express tier. Actual dates depend on material, finish, queue, and carrier — shown itemized on your quote.

Do you show ISO certificates on this landing?

Only when a verifiable copy is available for qualified buyers. We emphasize NDA, inspection options, and factory-direct service.

What is 5-axis CNC machining?

The tool or table moves in five degrees of freedom so complex faces can be reached in fewer setups than 3-axis — useful for compound angles and organic surfaces.

What travel / envelope should I expect?

Envelope depends on the assigned machine after DFM. Share overall size early; oversized parts are reviewed before acceptance.

Why does 5-axis often cost more?

Programming, fixtures, and spindle time are higher — but fewer setups can reduce total cost vs multi-setup 3-axis. We recommend the cheaper valid path after DFM.

Which finishes work on 5-axis parts?

Same atlas as milling: as-machined, blast, anodize (Al), passivate (SS), powder, polish. Finish days add to the production clock — see Materials & finishes.

What files work best?

Native STEP preferred so we can evaluate tool access; PDF drawings for GD&T and notes.
