A reference price is not a purchase order. Line items are guidance; the engineer-confirmed quote is what you can order against.

Reference ≠ PO

Upload STEP / STL / IGES and similar formats for material, machining and lead-time tier references — not an auto-issued order price.

Engineer confirm

Complex parts get DFM review. Engineering replies about 12 hours on business days.

What we do / do not claim

Process path is confirmed per part. This page does not publish machine counts, and evaluation items are not listed as in-house lines.

In-house CNC and sheet metal

Milling / turning / 5-axis multi-face setups, sheet metal (cut and bend), machined prototypes. Odd housings and deep cavities are reviewed for reach.

No machine counts

Capacity and fixturing are reviewed from the model. We do not publish unverified machine counts.

Molding / die casting / 3D

Discussed as evaluation or coordination items — not as an in-house production-line list.

NDA, quality files, visits, lead time

NDA available; inspection is per job; visits by appointment; production days and logistics days are listed separately.

Drawings stay confidential · NDA

Drawings and project files are treated as confidential; NDA available when needed.

FAI / CMM

Dimensional report, FAI and CMM can be selected on the quote. No fake certificate numbers.

Visit by appointment

How lead time splits
