Critical dims, cosmetics, and keep-outs go on the job card. Complex / 5-axis / high-inspection jobs can escalate to engineers before release.
Inspect before ship
Dimensional / CMM checks per order, with agreed reports. Formal system certificates only when verified copies exist for qualified buyers.

Tolerance baselines we work to
Unless noted, CNC / sheet metal often use ISO 2768 medium as a talking baseline. Tighter fits, GD&T, and mating faces should be called out on the drawing and confirmed at quote.

Bản vẽ và DFM
Ghi datum, dung sai then chốt, tiêu chuẩn ren và mặt thẩm mỹ. Kích thước không then chốt có thể nới ±0,1 mm. Ghi chú masking cho anode / passivate / powder.
Báo giá, lead time, vận chuyển
Economy / Standard / Express tách ngày sản xuất và ngày vận chuyển. Thuế thường ngoài báo giá trừ khi DDP. Kiểm tra: kích thước / FAI / CMM khi chọn.
Phạm vi trung thực
Dây chuyền chuẩn: phay/tiện CNC, tấm kim loại và hoàn thiện thông dụng. SLA / ép nhựa / đúc áp lực không phải dây chuyền chuẩn. Không bịa số chứng nhận.
