Critical dims, cosmetics, and keep-outs go on the job card. Complex / 5-axis / high-inspection jobs can escalate to engineers before release.
Inspect before ship
Dimensional / CMM checks per order, with agreed reports. Formal system certificates only when verified copies exist for qualified buyers.

Tolerance baselines we work to
Unless noted, CNC / sheet metal often use ISO 2768 medium as a talking baseline. Tighter fits, GD&T, and mating faces should be called out on the drawing and confirmed at quote.

Fits, datums, sealing faces — mark on 2D; we can mirror them on the job card + inspection tier.

표준 라인은 CNC 밀/선반, 판금, 일반 표면처리입니다. SLA / 사출 / 다이캐스팅은 표준 라인이 아닙니다. 인증 번호나 가상 파트너 네트워크를 만들지 않습니다.
