Wat we verzamelen

Naam of e-mail, bedrijfsgegevens, telefoon, berichten uit offerte-/RFQ-/contactformulieren en CAD-/tekeningbestanden die u uploadt voor offerte en productiecommunicatie.

Hoe we het gebruiken

Alleen om aanvragen te beantwoorden, referentie- of bevestigde offertes te geven, orders uit te voeren, over kwaliteit en logistiek te communiceren en de verspaning te verbeteren. Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens.

CAD-bestanden en NDA

Geüploade bestanden zijn vertrouwelijk en alleen bevoegde engineering- en productierollen hebben er toegang toe. Vraag een formele NDA per e-mail.

How long we keep it

Quotes, account details (name, email, and company), uploaded drawings, and order, quality, and shipping records are kept for the job and for 24 months afterward, so we can follow up on quality, logistics, and a later order for the same part. We delete them when you ask.
