見積・RFQ・問い合わせフォームの氏名またはメール、会社情報、電話、メッセージ、ならびに見積と製造連絡のためにアップロードした CAD／図面。

利用目的

問い合わせへの回答、参考／確定見積、注文の履行、品質・物流の連絡、加工サービスの改善に限ります。個人データを販売しません。

CAD と NDA

アップロードファイルは機密として扱い、権限のある技術・製造担当のみがアクセスします。正式な NDA はメールで依頼できます。

How long we keep it

Quotes, account details (name, email, and company), uploaded drawings, and order, quality, and shipping records are kept for the job and for 24 months afterward, so we can follow up on quality, logistics, and a later order for the same part. We delete them when you ask.
