The lead-in arc is posted at the cutting feed, and the tool dwells into the wall at the start of every pocket. The CAM lead-in looks short. The control is also applying a rounding tolerance.

Use a lead-in that is in the air or on a ramp, at a feed that does not sit on the wall, and make it long enough that cutter compensation can turn on before the tool touches the finish. A short arc plus control rounding becomes a rub.

Post a linear lead-in if the arc is being rounded into the part. Look at the code, not only the CAM picture. The picture does not show the control's corner rounding.

A witness at the start of every pocket is the lead-in until proven otherwise. Do not stone forty pockets.
