The adaptive path looks beautiful and leaves a 0.3 mm wall of 316 standing in a pocket corner. The finish end mill walks into that wall and chips. The stock model said the wall was leftover stock, which is true, and also a spring.

Tell the roughing path to leave a constant stock that the finish tool can cut as a chip, not a foil. A 0.3 mm stainless wall wants to deflect and then break the finish mill. Leave more stock or add a semi-finish that removes the foil first.

Look at the corner in the stock model, not only at the toolpath animation of the finish. The animation often hides the wall until the tool is already in it.

A rest tool that is smaller should clear that corner before a larger finish tool is sent in. Order of tools is the fix, not a slower feed on a broken edge.
