We quoted in our currency, EXW, 30 days. The buyer forwarded our number to their customer as a delivered price in another currency and is now asking us to honor that. We never saw their customer.

You honor your quote: currency, incoterm, validity. Their markup and their currency conversion are their sale. Restate your number and your validity date. Do not 'meet them' on a price you did not issue.

If the date has expired, the quote is dead. Requote the material. A forwarded screenshot does not extend validity.
