A nylon roller gets a steel pin pressed in. It feels tight at the press. The next day the pin turns by hand. The bore was on the low side of the print when we pressed it.

Nylon creeps. A press fit that depends on a few hundredths of plastic will relax. If the pin must stay, knurl the pin, use a shoulder and a retainer, or change the plastic. A tighter bore often cracks the hub instead of holding longer.

Gauge the bore after it has rested, and press a sample the day before you promise the fit. The hour-of-machining number is the wrong number.

Write the retention method on the quote. A plain press in nylon is a return.
