The same program drills a four-hole pattern in two vises. Vise one matches the print. Vise two is rotated by about 0.15 mm across 80 mm. Both vises were indicated on the fixed jaw.

A jaw that is straight is not a jaw that is square to the machine axis if you only swept one end. Sweep both ends of the jaw and look at the difference. 0.15 mm over 80 mm is an angular error, not a G54 typo.

If the jaws match and the pattern is still rotated, the work offset Z or the part stop is letting the part sit down on a chip at one end. That rotates a hole pattern the same way a crooked jaw does.

Do not 'fix' it with a rotated coordinate that only one person remembers. Square the jaw or the stop and run the same program in both vises.
