DWG-6138 rev B is a short English PDF, 6 pieces, 6061. A wall is 1.0 mm across 25 mm. The rest of the block is ±0.1 mm. This is a one-time small batch. I can thicken the wall if you tell me it will not hold.

1.0 mm over 25 mm in 6061 is on the edge. I would ask you to go to 1.5 mm if the fit allows, and leave ±0.1 mm on that wall. Six pieces is not the problem. The wall is. Does the mating slot have room?
We held a 1.0 mm 6061 wall on the ends and it bellied to 0.82 mm in the center. The 1.5 mm version of the same pocket measured 1.46 mm. Same tool, same vise.
I will change the wall to 1.5 ±0.1 mm and upload rev C. Six pieces, 6061, no finish. Quote the 8–10 day tier on rev C only.
