DWG-6126 rev C is a 304 flange, 7 pieces. The drawing is French. One line says the face is 'soignée' and another line says Ra 1.6. I think Ra 1.6 is the real call. The bore is 18.00 ±0.05 mm.

Use Ra 1.6 and ignore a word that only means 'neat' unless you tell me it means polish. The 18.00 ±0.05 mm bore is separate. I would rather one number than a French adjective plus a number that fight. Is the face a seal?
We polished a flange because 'soignée' sounded stricter than Ra 1.6. The face went to Ra 0.4 and the 18 mm bore measured 18.09 mm afterward. The customer had wanted Ra 1.6 and a bore that still gauged.
I will delete the adjective and leave Ra 1.6 on the seal face, bore 18.00 ±0.05 mm, 304, 7 pieces. Standard 8–10 days if you agree.
