DWG-6120 rev A is an English STEP from a small shop and the PDF has no unit note. A hole looks like 1.00 if it is inches and 25.4 mm if someone already converted it. The part is 6061, 9 pieces. I do not want a guess.

Do not send it until the PDF says millimeters or inches. A 1.00 hole and a 25.4 mm hole are different parts. Write the unit in the title block and on the STEP export. Which did you model in?
We cut a 6061 plate from a STEP in inches while the PDF looked metric. The hole came out 1.00 mm and the pin, which needed 6.35 mm, would not enter. The remake at 6.35 mm fit.
I modeled in millimeters. I will stamp 'mm' on the PDF and re-export the STEP. 9 pieces of 6061. Quote it on the 8–10 day tier after I upload the marked file.
