Five pieces of Ti-6Al-4V is a small lot, and the ±0.05 mm ears are a normal finish cut if the stock is in. I would still say about 8–10 days only after the material is confirmed, because titanium is not always on the shelf. Is grade 5 written in the title block or only in the email?
We waited four days for Ti-6Al-4V bar on a 5-piece ear bracket, then cut it in two days. The ears measured within 0.03 mm. The promise that slipped was the material, not the cycle.
Title block will say Ti-6Al-4V. Please quote 5 pieces and split the 8–10 days into material wait versus cutting, so I can see it.
