DWG-6102 rev A is in English, 8 pieces of 6061, from a small shop that only runs a few parts at a time. General tolerance ±0.1 mm. One pocket is 12.00 mm deep. No finish. I want a small-batch quote, not a production quote.

Eight pieces is a normal pilot. ±0.1 mm and a 12.00 mm depth do not need a special line. I would quote it as a small batch on the standard tier and not pretend it is a yearly contract. Is the pocket a clearance or a fit?
We ran 8 of a similar 6061 block. The 12 mm pocket measured 12.06 mm and they accepted it under ±0.1 mm. Setup was the whole price. The second release of 8 was cheaper because the program stayed.
Please quote 8 now on the 8–10 day tier, and note that a repeat of 8 can reuse the program. Pocket stays 12.00 ±0.1 mm, bare 6061.
