The 8–10 days I would put on this spacer is shop time in Dongguan for machining, not the flight to Lima or La Paz. Thickness 10.00 ±0.1 mm is a normal call and should not add a day. Tell us the city when you accept, because the carrier changes. Which city is first?
We shipped a 10 mm 6061 spacer lot of 40. Machining finished on day 9. The AWB to Lima was extra and arrived later. The parts themselves measured 10.04 mm. Nobody argued the size. The calendar argument was the flight.
I will quote the shop at 8–10 days and ask for the flight as a separate line to Lima first. Thickness stays 10.00 ±0.1 mm, 50 pieces, bare 6061.
