DWG-5120 rev C is a 6061 motor mount, millimeters, 16 pieces, for Asunción. The pilot bore is 16.00 ±0.02 mm and the face is flatness 0.05 mm. No alloy temper is written. We usually buy 6061-T6.

Write 6061-T6 if that is what you stock. The 16.00 ±0.02 mm bore and 0.05 mm flatness are the features I would inspect, not the whole bracket. Temper belongs in the title block. Any anodize, or bare?
A 6061-T6 mount we bored for a similar pilot came in at 16.01 mm, flatness 0.03 mm on the face. The print had forgotten the temper and purchasing sent 6063. That one was soft and the bore went oval, 16.06 mm.
Title block will say 6061-T6, bore 16.00 ±0.02 mm, flatness 0.05 mm, no anodize. I will send STEP and PDF together. Is 8–10 days realistic for 16 pieces?
