The drawing does not call out finish or inspection
The quote includes the machining on the drawing and a finish only when it is written down. Bare 6061 is not black anodize.

An inspection report, FAI, or CMM is extra. If you need it, add it to the drawing or the quote note before you accept the price.

Deburr is the usual edge condition when the drawing is silent. A masked face or a polished face has to be called out.
