We have a STEP of the optic seat and a PDF with no tolerances at all. Can you still quote the flatness?

We can quote the shape from the STEP. We cannot invent the flatness. Add it on the optic face, or tell us the general tolerance to apply.

A blank title block is not ISO 2768 unless you write that. Say which standard, and which faces are critical.

The face that locates the optic needs its own callout. General tolerance, once you name it, covers the other sizes.
