How tight should the flatness be on an AI cooling sealing face?
A size tolerance of plus or minus 0.1 mm is not a flatness. Put a flatness on the sealing face, and show where the gasket sits.

The title-block tolerance covers sizes that have no separate callout. It does not define the face that seals.

If you do not know the flatness yet, say so and ask for a review. A quote without that callout will not promise a seal.
