The drone drawing does not say inches or millimeters
Do not assume. A hole written as .125 is not the same part in inches and in millimeters. Add the unit to the title block.

We can look at the STEP for scale, but the engineering drawing is what we quote. If the PDF and the STEP disagree on units, send a corrected file.

Mixed units on one drawing need a note on each size. Otherwise the quote waits.
