The drawing has a title-block tolerance and nothing on the mating face. Is that enough for a laser nozzle seat, or for any CNC part?

There is no tolerance on the mating face
A title-block tolerance applies only if your standard says it does. If the mating face is critical, put a number on that face.

For a nozzle seat or an optic seat, call the fit or the flatness. For a drone mount or a cold-plate seal, do the same.

If you leave it blank, the quote is for a general machined face. We will not tighten it after the chips are cut unless the drawing changes.
