What AI cooling equipment parts can you machine?
Cold plates with pockets or drilled passages, simple manifolds, and GPU or accelerator brackets are normal CNC. Aluminum is the default. Copper when the drawing says copper.

A long gun-drilled passage, a vacuum-brazed stack, or a finished chiller with fans and pumps is not a single CNC part. If the plate is two halves that bolt together, send both models.

Call the sealing face, the port threads, and any masked finish. We machine to the drawing. We do not choose a coolant or a thermal-paste spec the print does not state.
