Motor mounts, arm links, gimbal brackets, battery trays, and a full frame. Which of these are normal CNC jobs?

Motor mounts, arm links, gimbal brackets, and battery trays are normal 3-axis or 5-axis jobs in 6061 or 7075, including pockets for weight and anodize.

A full frame is still a machining job if it fits the machine and the drawing is one part or a set of parts. A welded tube airframe, a molded arm, or a carbon layup is not this process. Send the STEP if you are not sure.

We will not add lightening holes the drawing does not show, and we will not call a part flight-approved. Threads, inserts, and masked anodize need to be on the print.
