First order of drone parts, 20 pieces, motor mounts and arm links, anodize. What tolerance is realistic, and what lead time should we plan?

Mating faces and hole patterns are the ones to tolerance. Plus or minus 0.05 mm on a mating face is a normal callout for this kind of mount. Tighter than that on every surface moves the quote and the lead time. Untoleranced surfaces follow the general tolerance on the drawing.

Anodize adds days and can change a tight hole. Mask threads and fits, or call the hole after anodize. For 1 to 50 pieces with anodize, the standard tier is about 10 days as a sketch. That is not a contract date until engineering confirms.

Send STEP and a PDF that marks the mating faces. Quantity 20 is a normal pilot. We will not promise a cosmetic grade the PDF does not state.
