Cold plates for an AI server. The print is a pocketed plate with a cover. Can you machine it in aluminum, or do we need copper?

Aluminum or copper for AI cooling equipment parts?
Aluminum 6061 is the common cold plate when the drawing does not call copper. Copper C110 when the drawing needs the conductivity and you accept softer stock, more burrs, and a higher price.

The cover and the plate should be called out separately if they are two parts. A sealing face needs a flatness number. Make it flat is not a tolerance.

We machine the plate, the cover, and simple manifolds. We do not build a finished chiller, and we do not pick a coolant the drawing does not name.
