A Fanuc mill with smoothing on rounds an inside corner that the print shows sharp for a matching square tenon. The tool is small enough. The code has a sharp corner. The part has a radius the tenon will not enter.

Smoothing and corner rounding in the control will ease a sharp programmed corner. For a corner that must stay sharp, turn that smoothing off for those blocks, or the tenon will not fit no matter how small the tool is.

A sharp inside corner still needs a relief if the mating part is truly sharp. Two sharp corners cannot fill each other. If the print is impossible, say so. If it is possible, the control must be told not to ease it.

Check the corner with a pin or an optical check before you polish. A rounded corner is the control, and polish will not square it.
