Tool lengths were set with the auto measure on the table. One tool was set on a parallel by mistake and is short by the parallel thickness. It is the finish mill. The roughing tools are fine. The finish floor is deep by about that thickness.

Reset that one tool on the same surface as the others. A parallel under one tool is a length error exactly the thickness of the parallel, which matches a deep floor on only the finish tool.

Then check the floor with a gauge before you adjust wear. If you wear-offset a bad length, the next time someone resets the tool correctly the wear is a second error.

The measuring face should be one face, labeled, with nothing on it. This is a setup rule because it will otherwise happen to the most expensive tool.
