Fanuc G54.1 additional offset that the probe does not write

The probe writes G54. The program runs in G54.1 P3 because the fixture is the third on a tombstone. The probe number is right and the part is wrong. The operator insists the probe ran.

A probe that writes G54 does not fill G54.1 P3. Point the probe cycle at the offset the program uses, or copy the result into P3 on purpose. A right number in G54 and a program in P3 is two different zeros.

Label the fixture with the offset it owns. Tombstones collect this mistake.

Before the cycle, the active offset on the screen must be the one you probed. Look at the active one, not at the fact that a probe cycle finished.
