G41 alarms for interference on the lead-in. The CAM arc is 2 mm and the tool is 16 mm diameter. Wear is negative by 0.3 mm. The same program runs with wear at zero.

Negative wear makes the control treat the tool as larger. A 2 mm lead-in is not enough for a 16 mm tool plus wear. Lengthen the lead-in in CAM or reduce how much negative wear you apply. The alarm is the control protecting the part.

Zero wear running fine tells you the geometry is only legal for the nominal tool. Do not turn compensation off to silence the alarm. You will cut the path as a centerline.

Repost the lead-in bigger than the radius you will ever comp. This alarm will return on the next tight profile.
