A Mazatrol turn leaves a small ring where a face meets a diameter. The finish pass is on. The insert nose radius in the tool data is 0.8 and the insert in the machine is 0.4. The sizes are in tolerance. The ring fails a visual.

Tool data nose radius has to be the insert you are holding. A 0.8 path run with a 0.4 insert leaves a witness at the root. Change the data or the insert so they match, and rerun the finish.

In-tolerance and ugly can still be a reject when the root is a shown corner. Fix the radius match before you debate cosmetics.

Check the other tools in that program for the same lie. One wrong nose radius is rarely the only one.
