Hand the position back in a known state. Before returning to Mazatrol, cancel the EIA offsets and modes you turned on and move to a safe index position the Mazatrol process expects. A return that assumes the turret is home will rapid from wherever EIA stopped.

If the EIA feature is permanent, keep it, but write the return as carefully as the feature. The feature is not done until Mazatrol has the turret back.
