Tool 4 in the program is a 10 mm rougher. Tool 4 in the cabinet is sometimes that and sometimes a finisher, depending on who put it back. We have mixed them twice.

The pocket, the crib tag, and the program number are one number. If a finisher lives in the machine, it does not go back into the rougher's hook.
