The coolant nozzle is aimed at the cut with the door open. With the door closed it sags and cools the holder. Finish in 304 then sounds dry. The nozzle is a flexible hose with a magnet base.

A magnet and a floppy hose will sag when the door moves air and when the hose gets warm. Aim it with the door closed, or replace it with a rigid nozzle you can lock. Check through the window, not only at setup.

Dry sound in 304 is the cut, not a suggestion. Stop and aim the coolant before the edge is gone.

If this machine has through-tool on the tools that need it, use it for 304 and leave the floppy hose for washing chips.
