The carousel is one pocket off after a recovery from an emergency stop during a tool change. The control thinks tool 6 is the probe. It is an end mill. We have not cut yet. The recovery screen is asking whether the changer completed.

Tell the control the truth. If the change did not finish, do not confirm that it did. Use the Haas recovery for a tool changer and then verify pocket 6 against the table before a cycle start. A probe that is actually an end mill will destroy the probe routine and the part.

After recovery, run a tool-to-pocket check on the tools you will use this setup, not the whole magazine if you are in a hurry, but never skip the probe and the finish tools.
