A vertical wall blends into a floor with a small radius. The ball mill gouges a dip at the tangent. The simulation is clean at the default tolerance. A tighter tolerance shows the dip.

Tighten the tolerance and look again. A clean simulation at a loose tolerance can skip the exact point where the ball kisses the tangent and digs. If the dip remains at a tight tolerance, the tool axis or the lead is wrong.

A smaller ball or a different approach angle often clears a blend a large ball gouges. The large ball's center has nowhere to go.

Do not polish out a dip and call the program good. The next part has the same dip.
