A wrapped toolpath on a fourth axis posts arcs that cut the mirror of the feature when the rotary is on the far side. Lines look right. Arcs are wrong. The post was new last month.

Prove arcs on a known wrapped feature before you run a core. A post can be right for lines and wrong for arc directions once a rotary axis flips the plane. This is a post bug until the arc codes match the CAM on a simple test.

If you must ship the job, post the curves as lines at a tight tolerance for this file only, and mark the file. Then fix the post. Hand-mirroring G2 and G3 is how the next revision gets worse.

Keep the test program. Every post change earns a rerun, not a speech about confidence.
