A chamfer mill deburrs the top of a hole after tapping. On some holes it kisses the first thread and the gauge is tight. The chamfer size is 0.3 mm. The hole is a blind tapped hole modeled without the thread.

Model the thread or at least a thread relief, and keep the chamfer tool above the first full crest. A chamfer path aimed at a plain hole diameter will happily cut the thread you just made.

Deburr with a spring pass that is shallower, or break the edge before tapping if the process allows. After tapping, the chamfer tool should not enter the pitch diameter.

Gauge after the chamfer, not before. The operation that fails the thread is the last one that touched it.
