The posted code uses a high-feed cutter. The holder in the magazine is longer than the assembly in CAM by 15 mm. The flute length is still enough. The holder rubs the wall on the second pocket.

The assembly in CAM is part of the program. If the crib holder is 15 mm longer, the clearance the path relied on is gone. Update the assembly and regenerate, or put the holder the program was posted for into that pocket.

Flute length being 'enough' does not cover a holder shank. The shank is what rubbed.

Lock the holder in the tool library for that tool number. A free-for-all magazine is how the second pocket crashes a good program.
