Which Incoterm should an overseas buyer pick — EXW, FOB, or DDP?

Pick EXW Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong if you already have a forwarder. DAP is typically door delivery with duties / import VAT still yours. DDP (duty-paid) is only when 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA has reviewed that destination.

The AI freight line is production + a transit sketch. It is not a duty-paid door-to-door contract. HS classification and import tax sit with you and your broker unless the written order is DDP.

Sanctioned destinations or license-controlled items may be declined before PO. Confirm Incoterms on the order, then ship.
