The reference price splits these items: material, machining (also written as machine time), setup (also written as a start), and the finish you select. The lead-time tier has its own machining surcharge: economy 0%, standard +12%, rush +28%. On the quote page, production days include process tier, finish, and inspection. Shipping days are listed separately. Freight adjusts with the tier. This is a reference breakdown. It is not a contract, not an automatic charge, and not a locked price for a later quantity.
Not included by default:
- Duty and import VAT. The AI freight line is not delivered duty paid. DDP has to be assessed for that destination first.
- Quench, temper, or stress relief that was not written. If not noted, the quote is for the part as machined, and these items are listed separately. Finish must be selected. If it is not selected, it is not included.
- Dimensional report, material certificate, FAI, and CMM. Standard outgoing inspection is included by default. Those four are selected separately. Cost and days are visible first.
- A wire thread insert with no part number. The reference price is marked to be confirmed. A specific insert is not installed by default.
- Hardness, surface roughness, polish, and critical dimensions. These follow the drawing and engineering confirmation.
The quote shows the split in US dollars. Invoice currency follows the written confirmation at order. Preview does not need a login. Saving or ordering does. For complex parts, five-axis, and fit-critical parts, the engineering reply target is within 12 hours on Dongguan business days, UTC+8. Production follows the part number and revision on the confirmation.
Upload each specification on its own. The reference price for 1 piece does not automatically become the unit price of a later small batch. Quote it again.
