No. We do not machine implants, and we do not take work whose deliverable is medical-device certification. What we can quote is medical-adjacent and lab-equipment structure — brackets, housings, non-implant insulator seats.
The checkable public commitments are only the following. Do not expect unpublished ISO certificate numbers in the quote:
- MOQ from 1 pc. Implant-regulated parts are out of scope even at quantity 1.
- Engineering reply is measured on Dongguan business days (UTC+8), target within 12 hours.
- Lead time = production days + international shipping days. The ~6 / 10 / 17 day figures are production + air-freight sketches. Duties usually excluded.
- QA documents are optional: dimensional report, material CoC, FAI, and CMM. We do not invent certificate numbers.
