How are GD&T position/profile quoted versus ± linear tolerances?

The AI itemized quote follows your STEP and the callouts on the drawing. Position, profile, and datum frames are assessed per part. We do not apply “to 0.001 mm / typical ±0.002 mm on fine features” to un-dimensioned faces. Untoleranced sizes follow ordinary shop practice, not forum rules of thumb.

Put datums, mating faces, and one-setup-critical faces on the drawing or in the notes. Prefer STEP (≤80 MB) and state units. Complex parts: engineering reply target within 12h on Dongguan business days (UTC+8). Quantity 1 is enough to review GD&T.

Tick dimensional report or CMM on the quote if you need them. Lead time stays production days + international freight. We do not machine implants even with a complete GD&T scheme. No invented ISO numbers.
