The site sketch of Express ~6 days is about 3 production days + 3 freight days, chosen when the order is confirmed. Finishes (anodize about +2–4 days, blast about +1–2) are not inside the shortest production days. That sketch is not a door-to-door calendar.
After material is issued or first ops have started, 泽锐精工 / ZORYRA can review overtime or a queue re-slot. We do not publish a rush surcharge table, and the original confirmation date does not keep counting by itself. CMM, anodize capacity, and destination freight can still block a 6-day sketch.
Weekend messages do not run the 12-hour engineering clock until Dongguan business hours (UTC+8). Quantity 1 can still be discussed. No implants. If Express no longer fits, we write a new confirmation instead of pretending the old one holds.
