Do engineering plastics use the same envelope and the same tolerances as aluminum?

Plastics are in the capability examples, but wall, deflection, and finish are part-by-part. Do not copy aluminum’s ±0.002 mm fine-feature note onto an uncalled plastic face.

We machine engineering plastics alongside aluminum and stainless 304 / 316, inside the published table. Acceptance follows the print. Uncalled sizes run to ordinary process capability — not forum folklore as a contract.

Prefer STEP, ≤80 MB. MOQ 1. Complex parts: 12h UTC+8. Typical mill envelope about 600 × 400 × 250 mm.

Plastics do not take aluminum anodize. Lead time splits production and freight. No implants or device-registration projects. No invented ISO numbers.
