Die casting is not a standard line at Zoryra Precision. Housings and brackets are CNC machined in Dongguan, China. Die-cast tooling is reviewed only as special sourcing.
Die casting fits volume housings after a tool exists. At 20–100 pieces, CNC often wins on lead time and tooling cost. Share the annual volume and the comparison is part of DFM. We do not invent press-tonnage capacity.
Upload a STEP for an aluminum or stainless CNC housing quote. If cast tooling is required later, engineering reviews that sourcing separately. A formed panel can also be quoted as sheet metal.
