After a DFM revision, when does the lead-time clock restart?

Public rule: the clock generally starts after order confirmation and material/process confirmation. Changing wall, thread, or anodize mask is a new process pack. Express ~6 days does not keep counting from the old date.

Finish, prototype complexity, and special inspection are not inside the shortest production day by default. Quantity 1 revisions are re-assessed. 12h UTC+8 to lock the new pack.
