What aluminum for drone parts: 6061 or 7075?

DWG-4164 rev B is a drone motor mount and two arm links, 20 pieces. The print allows 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 and never says which wall is thin. I need one alloy before I send the STEP. The mating holes are ±0.05 mm.

I would write 6061-T6 on a mount or an arm link when the wall is thin and you want anodize. 7075-T6 only if the drawing needs the higher strength, and the anodize will not look as even. ±0.05 mm on the mating holes is a normal call. It does not replace the alloy in the title block. Is the thin wall under about 1.2 mm?

We ran a 6061-T6 motor mount with a 1.0 mm rib and the rib measured 0.86 mm after the finish pass. The 7075 twin on the same program chattered and that rib came out 0.74 mm. The 6061 one cleaned up when the rib was 1.2 mm.

I will lock DWG-4164 as 6061-T6, mating holes ±0.05 mm, and thicken that rib to 1.2 mm on rev C. Does a 20-piece anodized lot still sit in about 8-10 days if the mask is on the PDF?
