The AI price is a reference. Hardness, surface roughness, polish, and critical dimensions follow the drawing and engineering confirmation. Use a paid sample before a larger lot when those matter.

Not as a production release. We need a STEP file or drawing, or engineering first completes structure, material, and tolerances. A sketch or printed model is only a shape reference.

Upload CAD for each part number. MOQ is 1, with machining and transit shown separately. Complex parts, or a repeat supply, go to engineering before the order.

A smaller grade number is tighter. General mill and turn work follows the drawing's untoleranced defaults. Precision holes, fits, and anything inside 0.01 mm must be called out and confirmed by engineering.

Coarse threads are the general choice: they tolerate dirt and assemble more easily. Fine threads suit thin walls, adjustment, or short engagement. Call out the designation, pitch, tap drill, and usable depth. Blind holes need a thread relief.

State the material, hardness range, and any stress relief on the drawing or in the note. If it is not specified, the quote is for the machined part as-cut. Quench, temper, and finishing are separate lines and are not included by default.
